TVs Davina McCall was in Southampton recently to host her popular Dine with Davina event in aid of childrens health charity Action Medical Research.
The sell-out event attracted 400 local ladies to the
five-star De Vere Grand Harbour Hotel for an afternoon of fine dining and entertainment. Local DJ Steve Power of Wave FM acted as MC while Martin Fry of 80s band ABC ended the day with a live performance of some of their hits including The Look of Love and Poison Arrow.
Davina said: I love my Ladies Lunches for Action Medical Research nothing is more fun and more inspiring than hundreds of amazing women all gathered under one roof for a party! We all had a great day and I am so pleased to be able to help this special charity raise much needed funds.
