Students Magdalena Ordak and Megan Curtis from Southampton City College and Stuart Turner from Southdowns College in Waterlooville join 12 aspiring junior chefs from across the country who have been awarded their place in the Exclusive Chefs’ Academy, a two-year training programme from Exclusive Hotels and Venues which has launched after a three month search and selection process.

The successful candidates undertook a series of processes to secure their place and will now have the opportunity to learn from Exclusive’s award-winning Chefs.

The Academy is the brainchild of Exclusive Hotels and Venues’ Executive Chef Andy Mackenzie who has designed an intensive programme to attract and nurture aspiring talent to the industry. He says: “I have been overwhelmed with the quality of candidates applying and their individual determination to secure their place. It’s going to be an exciting and challenging two years ahead for the chefs on the programme.”
