There is so much to see and do in Hampshire over the festive season, from wintery trails in the countryside to festive afternoon tea high above Portsmouth

Santa's Present Problem at Sir Harold Hillier Gardens - December 3 - January 3

Take a walk through the gardens and with the help of a trail sheet filled with clues discover all the lost presents and reunite them with their intended recipients.

Gardens are open from 10am each day.


Peter Rabbit Activity Trail at Mottisfont - From December 5

This yuletide, venture to Mottisfont to see how the site has been transformed with festive decorations inspired by the beloved children's character.

Christmas Trail at The Vyne - From December 5

Similarly to the trail at Mottisfont, this National Trust property near Basingstoke has a Peter Rabbit-themed winter trail running through its magnificent grounds.

The trail pack is £2 on top of normal site admission.


Steam Illuminations with The Watercress Line - Selected dates from December 4

A wonderful light show will be created on Mid Hants Railway's stunning digital LED train as it powers through the county's countryside.
