Southampton’s King Edward VI School welcomes ex-rugby star

David Duckham MBE joined parents and supporters of Southampton's King Edward VI School Rugby Tour to North America recently at a Sportsman's Dinner.

David Duckham MBE joined parents and supporters of Southamptons King Edward VI School Rugby Tour to North America recently at a Sportsmans Dinner.
David played for England 36 times between 1969 and 1976, and also played for the Barbarians and the legendary British Lions side that toured New Zealand in 1971.
Guests at the dinner were treated to some of his anecdotes on the game. The evening raised a total of 4,400.
The King Edwards Tour will leave on July 15th, and return on July 30th, having played opposition in Seattle, Vancouver and Whistler.
